Yes, I run, do weights and chest or back, legs, lumbar, abdominal, etc. and also go swimming.

Yes, Sebastian De Cesare.
Who is your closest rival?
My time. I need to improve my time for to be the best. My objective is to perfect my technique.
Accomplishments:
2009 - Silver (200m) and Bronze(500m) medals in the Senior World championships in C2.
2010: C1- 5th place in the World Cup in Hungary. C1- Silver Medal at the Pan American Championships in Mexico (500m).
2011: C1-Gold medals in 1000m/500m Rio De Janeiro South American Championships and Silver medal in 200m C1. In C2, 6th place in the World Championships in Hungary.
2012 Goals: Be the best in the Pan American Championships in C2. Be on the podium in France in C2. And be the best in the South American Championships in C2 and C1.
Who is your role model?
My role model is Jefferson Perez, is the first Ecuadorian sportsman in win a gold medal in the olimpics games. Is my inspiration and the human quality that he has is to admirate.
What is your favorite music?
My favorite music is rock latino like Mana, Enanitos Verdes in English a like Coldplay, Adele.
How many years do you see yourself competing in canoe?
I think to Rio 2016.
What is your message to the world regarding women in canoe?
My message to the girls to train canoe or who are interested in practice this sport does not compare to any other. It has too much adrenaline, sport unites countries for the same ideal, we would all be part of it and to be included in a future in the Olympic cycle but it can not perform but still massifying sport. Train hard and finally will see the results. This is a constant struggle which we must of follow. I wish you successes and to keep fighting for your dreams.

Do you have a coach and/or a training group? Si mis entrenadores son Maria Emilia Arcagni, ella es Argentina y mi entrenador Ossian Frydson que es de Ecuador. Entreno con la seleccion nacional masculina de canoas.
Do you do other physical activity besides canoeing for training? Si, corro, hago pesas como pectoral o dorsal, piernas, lumbares. abdominales,etc. y tambien vamos a nadar.

Who is your closest rival? Mi tiempo. Necesito superar mi tiempo para ser la mejor, perfeccionar mi tecnica ese es mi objetivo. Quiero mejorar como deportista para asi poder medirme con las mejores.
Accomplishments:
2009 medalla de plata en 200m c2 y medalla de bronce en c2 500m en el campeonato mundial en Canada.
2010: C1- 5to lugar en la Copa del Mundo en Hungria. C1- medalla de plata en 500metros en el Panamericano en Mexico.
2011: C1-medallas de Oro en 1000m/500m en el sudamericano de Rio De Janeiro y medalla de plata en c1 200 metros. 6to lugar en C2 500 metros en el Campeonato mundial en Hungria.
Goals for 2012:
Espero ser la mejro en los panamericanos por bote de Equipo. Estar en el podium en Francia por C2. y ser la mejor en el sudamericano en C2 y C1
